A Statement from TECH Europe’s General Manager, Tim Verhaeghe – (November 2020)

In light of new restrictions announced throughout the EMEA region recently due to COVID-19, we wanted to let you know that TECH Europe remains open and our operations are currently continuing as normal.

Having implemented strict safety measures earlier this year, we are pleased that we have been able to continue processing orders and customer accounts, serving our loyal customers throughout EMEA. We acknowledge the important role that our distributors and tire workshops play in ensuring the safety of the transportation industry, which we are dedicated to supporting, especially at a time when the movement of provisions is vital.

While we aim to provide continuity for all our customers, we hope you understand that as we navigate through these uncertain times and work with many external stakeholders, we may encounter disruptions to our regular services. For example, we have been informed of a reduction in the availability of shipping containers, affecting imports and exports around the world. As a result of these unprecedented circumstances, we are faced with a force majeure in a continually evolving situation, which we are monitoring closely. 

We are committed to open communication and we will continue to keep you updated on any adjustments to our business operations.
